Using SN100C Products to Obtain Long-Term Strength…
Solder and alloys are two basic materials being used in industries that are manufacturing bars and wires. One such alloy that is greatly in demand in the market is SN100C that is a lead-free alloy. The reason of the increasing popularity of SN100C products is the application for tinning, selection and waving. The SN100C products offer fluxes, solder pastes and cored wire solders.
Nihon Superior Ltd is the developer of SN100C alloy that has proved to provide long-term strength and greater reliability as compared to other alloys. SN100C is one of the leading lead-free alloys that are well-known for providing best applications than other materials in the industry. The cost of raw material being used is lower since silver is not included in the alloy that is an expensive material. As compared to the other alloys, the solder pots of stainless steel are less prone to attack. Other special features include superior wetting, high fluidity, freedom from defects of shrinkage and low drossing. In addition, high productivity is also achieved with the making of strong, cost-effective and reliable joints.
One such product of SN100C is XF3 that is a lead-free solder paste for producing reliable and strong joints. It includes a window of wide process that reminds you of solders that are based on lead.
