Molykote 1292 Long Life Bearing Grease has a high drop point of 250 degrees Celsius which reduces the risk of run-out or melting from the lubricating point. Base oil viscosity at 25 degrees Celsius is 1000 mm/s and the work penetration is 280-240 mm/10 per ISO 51 818. Molykote 1292 is whitish in color and will have a density of 1.28 g/ml. This advanced material is comprised of fluorosilicone oil and organic thickener. Before applying, bearing surfaces need to be thoroughly cleaned for the product to properly work.
