HumiSeal 1B73 has the capabilities to withstand thermal shock and has a glass transition temperature of 42 degrees Celsius.

This high quality conformal coating has a cure time of 24 hours at room temperature or two hours at 76 degrees Celsius. HumiSeal 1B73 will reach its optimum properties within 7 days of when it is first applied. This HumiSeal engineered conformal coating contains a 30 minute drying time to handle per Fed-Std-141, Meth. 4287. It is important to have clean substrates when applying HumiSeal 1B73. Dirt, wax, moisture, grease, and flux residue may contaminate the coating leading assembly failures.
