Henkel 934NA is a thixotropic epoxy paste adhesive suited for potting, fairing, filling as well as shim applications. It is qualified to MMM-A-132 Type 1, Class and it develops strength rapidly. This high quality material is manufactured to create a gray paste which will be shipped at ambient conditions.

Henkel 934 is a two component, epoxy adhesive paste possessing superior strength up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and higher. Part A is provided in a gray color with a viscosity of 3,500-9,000 at a temperature of 77 degrees Fahrenheit. Part B is amber in color with a viscosity of 10-30 at a temperature of 77 degrees Fahrenheit. When mixed together it produces a gray colored paste with a viscosity of 800. This product must be mixed together prior to application at a recommended temperature of 77 degrees Fahrenheit to provide to best possible bonding of substrates.

Heat buildup during mixing is common. This high quality epoxy paste adhesive will produce toxic fumes which may cause injury. When applying Loctite EA 934na Aero, the surfaces should be clean and dry before application. The two substrates should be held in contact until the adhesive is set. Henkel 934NA will have a strong enough bond to be handled in 8 hours at a temperature of 77 degrees Fahrenheit. The curing process will take approximately 5 to 7 days at a temperature of 77 degrees Fahrenheit to achieve normal performance. Henkel 934 can also be heat cured to accelerate the process to approximately one hour when using a temperature of 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

It has a shelf life of 1 year when it is stored at temperatures from 0 to 76 degrees Fahrenheit.
