TC-5026 was engineered with reliability in mind, solvent free for better stability. This thermal grease is one of the best performing and most reliable in the market, based on independent customer testing.  This one part, silicone based, thermally conductive compound contains a high concentration of advanced silicone fluid to reduce pump out during thermal cycling.  The thermal grease has a small filler particle size that allows extremely thin bond lines for optimal thermal performance. Application methods for the TC-5026 include screen print, stencil print and dispense.  Use a squeegee to apply the grease through a stencil or screen to print a grease pad or spread out bulk material with a spatula.  The solvent free composition does not require drying.  The Dow Corning TC-5026 has a thermal conductivity of (W/m-K) 2.87 with a bond line thickness of 10 microns and a thermal resistance of 0.032.  Contact Krayden, Inc.
