Buy Dowsil TC-2035 A/B Kit 50 KG Adhesive
Dowsil TC 2035 is a two component, heat cure, thermally conductive silicone with low bond line thickness. The innovative material offers high thermal conductivity and it adheres to a wide variety of substrates. It provides stable performance at high temperatures up to 200°C and offers excellent thermal performance at various BLT. TC-2035 is designed to provide efficient thermal flow and long-term bonding especially for where low bond line thickness is required to enhance thermal conductivity. Some of the typical applications include bonding organic and ceramic substrates to heat sinks for transmission modules, power modules, and conversion modules.

The color of part A is white and Part B is a reddish brown. Mix ratio of Dowsil TC-2035 is 1 to 1 by weight or volume. Mixed viscosity at 10 (1/s) is 125, 000 Cp per CTM 1094 N and density is a 3.0 g/cm³. At room temperature, the working time of Dow TC-2035 is 4 hours and open time is approximately 2 hours. Heat cure time at 125°C is 30 minutes and at 150°C, the cure time is just 10 minutes. Linear CTE (by TMA -50 to 200°C is 92 ppm/K per ASTM E831 and thermal resistivity at 100 µm is 0.44 °C/W.
Dowsil 2035 produces no by-products in the curing process allowing it to be used in deep section and complete confinement. It will develop excellent adhesion on many common substrates including ceramics, metals, epoxy laminate boards, filled plastics, and reactive materials. The product will be operational over a temperature range of-45 to 200°C for extended periods of time. At both the low and high ends of the temperature range, the behavior of the material and performance can become more complex and require more consideration. Cure reaction will begin in the mixing process. This will be evident by the steady increase in viscosity. For more information, Contact Krayden, a certified distributor of Dow.
Before handling the material, reading and understanding the Dow TC-2035 MSDS is recommended. Dow TC-2035 is neither tested nor represented suitably for pharmaceutical or medical uses. The product should be stored in its original packaging with the cover tightly attached to avoid any contamination. The expiration date will be visible on the label. The material is resistant to minimal or intermittent solvent exposure. Avoiding exposure all together is the best option. More information can be found on the Dow TC-2035 TDS.
