The company has been in existence for 50 years, originally manufacturing and marketing the Ardrox range of products for descaling, paint stripping, corrosion protection, cleaning and non destructive testing.
Chemetall provides an extensive product portfolio for surface treatment prior to, during and after non-destructive testing. A comprehensive range of equipment for these applications and the reliable service of local Chemetall experts complete the product portfolio.
Paint detackification is the process by which small and sticky paint overspray droplets are captured by a water source inside the paint booth. They are then rendered non-sticky by an agent circulating in the water. Once conveyed out of the paint booth and having been thoroughly detackified, the resulting tack-free sludge can then be removed from the system and dewatered by a sludge removal unit.
