Dowsil 3140 RTV Coating is a single component, clear, solvent free, room temperature curing coating with excellent flame resistance. This adhesive is well suited for increased solder joint coverage, pin sealing, protecting sensitive components from corrosion, and thin section encapsulation. Dowsil 3140 is able to flow, self-level and fill after dispensing. No mixing is required for this material and comes with optional heat acceleration with faster in-line processing.
