Lord 810 LRT Acrylic Adhesive is a two component system with fast cure times. The material becomes a flexible adhesive system when cured with LORD Accelerator 20 bonding a wide variety of metal and plastic substrates including aluminum, galvanized steel, CRS, ASA, and ASA. LORD 810 is non-sag, requires little to no substrate preparation, and will perform at temperatures from -40°F to 300°F. LORD 810/20GB resists alkalis dilute acids, greases, solvents, oils and moisture. It also provides excellent resistance to indirect UV exposure and environmental weathering. The black paste adhesive has a viscosity between 40,000 – 130,000 cP and a density of 7.8 – 8.1 lb.
