| Product Information | Lord 406 is a non-sagging, two component, acrylic adhesive capable of replacing traditional welding, riveting, brazing, and other fastening systems. Used with LORD Accelerators, 406 is designed to provide high impact and peel strengths, one of the highest in a room temperature curing adhesive. The adhesive system is usable in a temperature range between -40 to 300 Deg F. Typical Use:

Details
LORD 406 is a versatile, non-sagging, two component, liquid acrylic adhesive. When used with LORD Accelerator 19GB or 19, it is capable of replacing traditional brazing, riveting, welding, and other fastening systems. The adhesive system can be used at temperatures ranging from -40 to 300° F. It is formulated to provide high impact and peel strengths, one of the highest in a room temperature curing adhesive. LORD 406 will resist alkalis, dilute acids, greases, solvents, oils, moisture, weathering, and salt spray. It also provides excellent protection from UV exposure. Has a working time of 6 -10 minutes, with a full cure time of 24 hours at 75° F.
