Loctite ES 0614, formerly Hysol ES0614, is a two-component, low viscosity, undiluted epoxy casting system that is recommended for potting and encapsulating where high impact strength is required and where flexible or rigid wire leads protrude from the encapsulation. The system eliminates microscopic cracking on flexing leads. This material is cured through a heat curing process, offers excellent resistance to thermal shock and impact, and adheres well to lead materials, such as neoprene or vinyl. Store the product in its original, unopened container at 20-30°C for optimal storage.
