Dowsil RTV 3145 4.5 Gallon Pail Gray MIL-A-46146 is a no mix required, high strength, room temperature cure, no sag silicone adhesive/sealant designed for yoke and printed wire board or PCB assembly and is often used by pilots as an aviation sealant for aircraft repairs on various airplane area's including openings and cracks in metal casings. Dow 3145 RTV Gray in 4.5 GL (19 KG Pail) size offers high tensile strength, high tear strength, high elongation, and adheres well to glass, metals, ceramics, silicone rubber, and many plastics. DC 3145 has heightened thermal stability, remains stable from -45C to +200C (higher for grey version), and has excellent dielectric properties. This high strength bonding silicone RTV is non-flow and offers primer-less adhesion, vibration resistance, moisture protection, and helps materials resist thermal and mechanical shock. RTV 3145 Tube meets Mil Spec requirements and works well for sealing housings, modules and electrical leads.
