Dow Sylgard Q3-3600 Thermally Conductive Encapsulant, is previously known as Dow Corning. This product is a heat curing, silicone, and two-component adhesive meant to improve thermal conductive for cooling machinery in the automotive and industrial businesses. Dow Sylgard Q3-3600 Thermally Conductive Encapsulant implements flame resistance, high flowability, self-leveling, and low viscosity. These adhesives will establish an advance, primerless adhesion to a variety of recurrent substrates including epoxy laminate boards, metals, reactive materials, ceramics, and filled plastics.

| Product Information | Dowsil Q3-3600 Encapsulant is a two-part gray, thermally conductive encapsulant with very low viscosity, flame resistance with good working time. These adhesive encapsulants are rapid, versatile cure processing that is controlled by temperature. Dowsil Q3-3600 can flow, fill and self-level after dispensing. These adhesives will develop good, primerless adhesion to a variety of common substrates including metals, ceramics, epoxy, laminate boards, reactive materials, and filled plastics. Typical Use:
This heat-cure, thermally conductive adhesive produces no by-products in the curing process. This allows their use in deep sections and incomplete confinement.
