| Product Information | Dowsil 748 RTV Sealant is a non-corrosive, non-slump silicone paste that cures to a tough, rubbery solid. The material offers the user excellent adhesion to many substrates and remains stable and flexible from -55°C to +177°C.

Dowsil 748 is easy to apply, low odor, non-corrosive, non-sag silicone paste that offers outstanding adhesion to many substrates. The RTV sealant is suitable for use where durable adhesion and non-corrosive cure is required and can be used on electronic and electrical equipment that is sensitive to corrosion. When exposed to moisture in the air, the sealant cures to a tough, rubbery solid that resists moisture, weathering, and other harsh environments. Dowsil 748 remains stable and flexible from -55°C to +177°C and complies with MIL-A-46146 AND FDA 177.2600. When stored at or below 32°C in an unopened container, the usable life of this product is 24 months.
