The story:
Krayden partnered with a large Southeastern Trailer Manufacturer by using the Bostik 70-07 material to improve application speed, decrease clean up time and most importantly improved bonding strength between the aluminum side wall sheets and steel studs. The customer’s previous material cured too fast for their process, so the Bostik material allowed for the needed set up time for application, yet saved an average of 15 minutes of application time.
What is the application? | Bonding aluminum side wall sheets to steel studs and on overlap of side wall sheets on enclosed cargo trailer. |
What issues was the end user having? | The customer was experiencing supply issues and material cured too fast for their process. |
What material was used to solve the issue? | Bostik 70-07 |

Did the material improve the process? | Yes, the one component material applied faster. Clean up saves time as well. |
Savings to end user in cost of material or process improvement? Time, $ or both? | Time savings averages 15 minutes per trailer. Average daily production is 25 cargo trailers per day. |
What industry/market was this material used in? | Transportation. |
