When using this product it is recommended to work in an area that is well-ventilated. Alpha OM 5100 Solder Paste should be stored at a temperature of 0 to 8 degrees Celsius. When stored at these temperatures, the solder paste will have a shelf life of six months. Alpha OM 5100 is capable of being stored at room temperature but the shelf life will decrease to approximately 4 weeks. If stored at temperatures of 0 to 8 degrees Celsius, it is important to allow the paste to warm up to room temperature before application. This will prevent condensation of moisture on the solder paste.
