Application of material can be completed by screen print, stencil print or by manually dispensing.
The viscosity of Dow Corning TC-5622 is 95,000 cP and the thermal conductivity is 4.3 W/mK. The product is a grease like compound that is heavily filled with heat conductive metal oxides. These conductive metal oxides benefit the compound by maintaining a positive heat sink to improve heat transfer from the electronic device.
